Welcome to IT Setup. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our IT setup services, software services, IT consultancy, and IT product sales, including new and used laptops and accessories. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1) Services Provided :
• Software development and support
• IT consultancy services
• Sale of IT products, including new and used laptops and accessories
• Software services on a monthly or yearly subscription basis

2) Payment Terms :
• All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation and invoicing terms.
• For product sales, full payment is required before delivery.
• Software services are available on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.
• Payments must be made in advance for the selected subscription period.
• IT consultancy may require upfront payments or milestone-based payments.
• Delayed payments may attract penalties or service suspension.

3) Warranty and Support :
• IT products sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. IT Setup is not liable for any third-party warranty claims.
• Used laptops are sold on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise stated.
• Software services are provided as per the agreed service levels. Support is available during the subscription period.
• Any unauthorized modifications or third-party servicing void the warranty and support terms.

4) Limitation of Liability :
• IT Setup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.
• IT consultancy services are advisory in nature, and the final implementation responsibility lies with the client.

5) Data Privacy and Confidentiality :
• Client data shared during IT consultancy or software development will be kept confidential.
• IT Setup follows industry best practices to protect sensitive information but shall not be responsible for data breaches caused by external threats beyond reasonable control.

6) Return & Refund Policy :
• Software Services :
• No refunds will be provided for software services on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.
• Cancellations can be made at the end of the billing cycle.

• IT Products :
• IT products, including new and used laptops and accessories, can be returned and refunded after deducting 3% of the invoice value.
• New laptops and accessories can be returned within 7 days of purchase only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• If a product is defective, a replacement or repair will be provided as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

• IT Consultancy & Services :
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on service completion and deduction of any applicable costs.

7) Governing Law :
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Mumbai.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

8) Amendments :
• IT Setup reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
